Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
City Fiestas is a trading name of Savachy Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “City Fiestas”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Savachy Marketing Ltd trading as City Fiestas.
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, attending, or otherwise participating in a City Fiestas event, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Your Contract with City Fiestas
A booking is confirmed when City Fiestas has received payment and/or issued a booking confirmation or ticket.
Each confirmed booking may be issued with a unique ticket, booking reference or other form of confirmation. If you purchase tickets or make a booking on behalf of other people, you are responsible for ensuring that everyone in your group is aware of and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
City Fiestas reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary, including where there are concerns regarding fraudulent bookings, duplicate bookings, breach of these Terms & Conditions, venue requirements, capacity restrictions or security.
Advertised prices are subject to change before a booking is confirmed. Once a booking has been confirmed, the price paid will not be increased except where additional products, services or upgrades are subsequently requested by the Client.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Tickets and Payment
Tickets must be purchased through an authorised City Fiestas sales channel or an authorised partner.
Tickets are only valid for the specific event, date and ticket type stated on the booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
City Fiestas is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties.
If you fail to attend an event, your booking will be treated as used and no refund will be provided unless you have cancelled in accordance with Section 3 below.
3. Cancellation and Refunds by You
Unless otherwise stated in the specific event policy, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Where an event-specific refund or cancellation policy applies, the terms of that policy will take precedence over this section.
Any refund requests must be submitted through the official City Fiestas refund request process, where applicable. Refund requests made by email, Instagram, telephone, text message or other communication channels will not be treated as a formal refund request unless expressly confirmed by City Fiestas.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may only be transferred to another person where City Fiestas permits this for the relevant event.
Where permitted, the original ticket holder remains responsible for ensuring that the replacement attendee is aware of and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any event-specific requirements.
City Fiestas reserves the right to refuse admission where a ticket has been transferred contrary to the applicable event rules or where the ticket is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated or unlawfully obtained.
Tickets must not be resold for a profit unless City Fiestas has expressly authorised such resale.
5. Changes to Your Booking
Requests to change a booking must be submitted through an official City Fiestas communication channel.
City Fiestas will use reasonable efforts to accommodate booking changes, but changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
Changes to ticket type, guest details, table bookings, packages or other arrangements may be subject to additional charges.
6. Changes or Cancellation by City Fiestas
City Fiestas will use reasonable efforts to deliver each event substantially as advertised. However, events are subject to circumstances including venue requirements, licensing restrictions, security requirements, capacity limitations, performer availability and other circumstances beyond City Fiestas' reasonable control.
City Fiestas reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event, including changes to:
-
the venue;
-
event timings;
-
entertainment and performers;
-
DJs, hosts and other artists;
-
drinks packages or offers;
-
event layout;
-
entry arrangements;
-
event format; and
-
other elements of the event.
Where reasonably possible, City Fiestas will provide advance notice of any significant change.
Venue changes: The venue advertised for an event may occasionally need to be changed. Where this occurs, City Fiestas will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative venue of a comparable standard and in a reasonably comparable location. A venue change does not automatically entitle a Client to a refund where the event remains substantially the same.
Event cancellation: If City Fiestas cancels an event before it takes place, City Fiestas will, where appropriate, offer either:
-
a transfer to an alternative event; or
-
a refund of the ticket price paid.
The remedy offered will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and any applicable legal rights.
City Fiestas will not be responsible for consequential losses, including travel, accommodation or other costs incurred independently by the Client, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. Entry Requirements
Entry to City Fiestas events is subject to the rules and requirements of both City Fiestas and the relevant event venue.
Clients must comply with the minimum age requirement advertised for the event and must bring valid identification where required.
The venue's door policy will apply. City Fiestas cannot guarantee admission where a Client does not have acceptable identification, does not meet the applicable age requirement, is visibly intoxicated, is considered a security risk, or otherwise fails to comply with the venue's entry requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, acceptable identification will generally consist of a valid passport or UK-issued driving licence. Photographs, photocopies or screenshots of identification may not be accepted.
No refund will ordinarily be provided where a Client is refused entry because of invalid or unacceptable identification, failure to meet the age requirement, intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, breach of venue rules or other circumstances within the Client's responsibility.
8. Age, Alcohol and Personal Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they meet the age requirement for the event they are attending.
Alcohol may be available at City Fiestas events. Clients are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behaviour.
City Fiestas does not encourage excessive drinking or dangerous behaviour.
City Fiestas, its staff, partners and venues reserve the right to refuse service, restrict consumption or require a Client to leave where they believe the Client is intoxicated or presents a risk to themselves or others.
Clients must not engage in dangerous, illegal, threatening or abusive behaviour.
9. Behaviour and Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Guests
City Fiestas expects all Clients to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, performers, venue employees and partners.
City Fiestas and/or the relevant venue may refuse entry to or remove any Client who:
-
behaves aggressively, abusively, threateningly or disrespectfully;
-
appears excessively intoxicated;
-
engages in illegal activity;
-
possesses prohibited items;
-
causes or is likely to cause danger, disruption, annoyance or distress;
-
damages property;
-
breaches venue rules;
-
attempts to gain entry using fraudulent or invalid tickets; or
-
otherwise behaves in a manner that City Fiestas or the venue considers inappropriate.
Where a Client is removed or refused entry for these reasons, no refund will ordinarily be provided.
Any costs, losses, damage or claims arising from a Client's behaviour will be the responsibility of that Client.
10. Health, Medical Conditions and Accessibility
Clients are responsible for determining whether they are able to safely participate in an event.
Clients with accessibility requirements or other circumstances that may affect their ability to attend should contact City Fiestas in advance wherever possible so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.
Clients are responsible for bringing any medication or other items they personally require.
City Fiestas will not discriminate against Clients on the basis of disability and will comply with applicable equality and accessibility legislation. However, particular arrangements may be subject to the physical characteristics, licensing requirements and policies of the relevant venue.
11. Personal Property
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings and property.
City Fiestas is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Clients should use venue cloakrooms, lockers or other storage facilities where available and should not leave valuable belongings unattended.
12. Photography, Video and Marketing
City Fiestas and/or its authorised photographers, videographers and partners may take photographs and video footage at events for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
By attending a City Fiestas event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally or as part of the general event atmosphere in such photography or footage.
If you do not wish to be featured prominently in promotional material, please notify a member of City Fiestas staff or the event photography team where reasonably possible.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable data protection or privacy legislation.
13. Complaints
If you experience a problem during an event, you should report it to a member of City Fiestas staff or the relevant venue staff as soon as reasonably possible.
City Fiestas will use reasonable efforts to resolve genuine issues while the event is taking place.
If the matter cannot be resolved at the event, any formal complaint should be submitted to info@cityfiestas.com within 7 days of the event, providing the booking details and a description of the issue.
Failure to report an issue promptly may limit City Fiestas' ability to investigate the matter and, where legally permissible, may affect any claim for compensation.
14. City Fiestas' Liability
City Fiestas will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited; or
-
any statutory consumer rights that apply to the Client.
Subject to the above, City Fiestas will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise indirectly from a Client's attendance at an event.
City Fiestas is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third parties, including venues, performers, security companies, transport providers or other suppliers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
City Fiestas will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flooding, public health emergencies, government restrictions, strikes, industrial disputes, transport disruption, venue closure, licensing issues, security threats, public disorder, performer cancellation or other circumstances outside City Fiestas' reasonable control.
Where such circumstances affect an event, City Fiestas will take reasonable steps to notify affected Clients and, where appropriate, offer an alternative event or refund in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
16. Data Protection
City Fiestas will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Personal information may be used to process bookings, communicate with Clients, administer events, provide customer support, prevent fraud and, where permitted and in accordance with applicable preferences and consent requirements, send marketing communications.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No failure or delay by City Fiestas in enforcing any provision of these Terms & Conditions will constitute a waiver of that provision.
City Fiestas reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a booking will generally be the version in force at the time the booking is made, unless a change is required by law or is otherwise permitted to apply to existing bookings.
